Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department across our properties. The role involves hands-on supervision, budget-conscious planning, and coordinating with housekeeping to maintain high guest standards.

You will lead a team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive preventative maintenance while supporting capital investments and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years minimum experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of country/property maintenance, safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance department resources and team schedules.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to keep rooms in good order and maximize occupancy.
• Support planned maintenance and hands-on reactive maintenance.
• Deliver quality safety checks and ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.
