Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to support our busy urban aparthotels. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager to perform planned checks and respond to repairs in apartments and public areas.

You’ll deliver regular safety checks, help manage stock and supplies, and uphold safety procedures while protecting the environment. A background in property or hotel maintenance is preferred but not essential, and we offer flexible patterns and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience and knowledge of country/property specific maintenance, safety and health regulations in a hotel or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planned maintenance checks and respond to reactive maintenance tasks.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly safety checks and ensure areas are in working order.
• Participate in preventive and curative maintenance and promote environmental protection measures.
• Assist with managing stocks, equipment and supplies for the department.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and monitor building systems and alarms.
• Report hazards promptly and assist in maintaining high guest safety standards.
