Job summary

Staycity is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to support the maintenance manager with planned checks and reactive repairs across our city-centre apartments and public spaces. The role focuses on keeping all equipment and areas safe, compliant and well-maintained to deliver a seamless guest experience.

You’ll perform routine safety checks, assist with stock management, and contribute to environmental and safety initiatives while ensuring high standards across Staycity properties.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience and knowledge of country/property specific maintenance, safety, and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support planned maintenance checks and hands-on reactive maintenance.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly safety checks and ensure apartments and public areas are in working order.
• Engage in preventive and curative maintenance while promoting environmental protection measures.
• Assist with managing stocks, equipment and supplies for the department.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and inspect building, equipment and safety/alarm systems.
• Report and swiftly reduce any hazards detected.
