Job summary

Landmarc Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager (Electrical Bias) at Barry Buddon Training Centre. You will lead a multi-skilled team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance and service quality across critical infrastructure.

You will manage budgets, coordinate resources, and liaise with customers and contractors, maintaining accurate records and driving improvements in performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification in electrical or relevant maintenance discipline.
• Significant experience in property maintenance, facilities management or built estate maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including CDM Regulations, COSHH, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams, contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team, promoting high performance, wellbeing and excellent customer service.
• Manage the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance activities to achieve contractual performance targets.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to maximise efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations, COSHH, Building Regulations and company procedures.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, monitoring safety, quality, performance and value for money.
• Manage maintenance budgets, review quotations and ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners, acting as a key point of contact for maintenance matters.
• Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and asset information using CAFM systems and reporting tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
