Job summary

Landmarc is seeking a Maintenance Manager (Electrical Bias) at Barry Buddon Training Centre to lead a multi-skilled maintenance team and deliver planned and reactive maintenance to keep critical infrastructure safe and compliant.

You will manage budgets, oversee contractors, maintain CAFM records and drive health and safety performance, supporting military training operations on-site in Dundee and surrounding estates.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification in electrical or relevant maintenance discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in property maintenance, facilities management or built estate maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation including CDM, COSHH and risk assessments.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams, contractors and service providers.
• Experience managing maintenance programmes, resource planning, budgets and performance delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team, promoting high performance, wellbeing and excellent customer service.
• Manage the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance activities to achieve contractual performance targets.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to maximise efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations, COSHH, Building Regulations and company procedures.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, monitoring safety, quality, performance and value for money.
• Manage maintenance budgets, review quotations and ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners, acting as a key point of contact for maintenance matters.
• Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and asset information using CAFM systems and reporting tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
