An established industry player is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of skilled technicians in the North East London Water Production sites. The successful applicant will significantly impact the operation of the North East London Water Production sites.
You will lead a team of mechanical and electrical technicians, coaching them to ensure their activities are integrated into the daily site operations.
Responsibilities include delivering proactive and reactive maintenance plans for 5 Water Treatment Works, Water Booster Stations, and Service Reservoirs as part of the North East Transmission system.
Your role will contribute to improved site operations, asset standards, health and safety, and capacity for process checks, maintenance, and remediation activities.
The role offers site-wide improvement opportunities and involves 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with participation in the Out of Hours Co-ordinator rota.
