Job summary

Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking a practical, hands-on Maintenance, Grounds & Hot Tub person for Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park. The role blends property maintenance, grounds care and hot tub operations to keep the park in top condition for guests.

Applicants should have experience in property maintenance or grounds work, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to high standards. A full UK driving licence is essential, with flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, grounds work or a practical multi-skilled role.
• A hands-on approach with problem-solving skills.
• Pride in delivering high standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills; awareness of Health & Safety practices.
• Flexible approach to working hours; 5 out of 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.
• Full clean UK driving licence essential (held 3+ years).
• Hot tub or water testing experience; COSHH experience; PWTAG/BISHTA accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general property maintenance including repairs, decorating and basic plumbing.
• Support upkeep and presentation of the park through grounds maintenance.
• Help maintain hot tubs, including water testing and reporting faults.
• Support accommodation readiness, ensuring units are maintained to a high standard for guests.
• Maintain stock levels of equipment, chemicals and consumables.
• Work with colleagues across departments to support park operations.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Help maintain the park to five-star standards expected by owners and guests.

WhatYou’ll Do

Inthis varied role, you will:

• Work closely with colleagues across departments to support smooth park operations
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
• Help maintain the park to the five-starstandards our owners and guests expect

We’relooking for someone who brings:

• Experience in propertymaintenance, grounds work or a practical multi-skilled role
• A hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills
• Pride in delivering high standards and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
  Awareness of Health &Safety and safe working practices
  Flexible approach to working hours,this role operates on a 5out of 7 days schedule, including weekends, potentially 1 in every4, as well as bank holiday availability.
  Full clean valid UK driving licenceessential (must be held for 3+ year)
• Hot tub or water testing experience
