Job summary

Haulfryn is seeking a proactive Grounds Person to maintain Delamere Lakes and surrounding areas at our UK holiday park. You will work outdoors, keeping the environment well-presented, safe and welcoming for guests and owners.

This 3-month role offers hands-on duties from mowing and hedge cutting to basic maintenance, with a focus on teamwork, safety and pride in your surroundings. Immigration rules apply for UK work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance including mowing and hedge cutting.
• Practical approach.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Excellent customer service and proactive attitude.
• Experience with grounds maintenance equipment; training possible.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grounds maintenance to high standards (mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting).
• Identify and resolve grounds issues across park and communal areas.
• Work within a team to maintain park appearance and support development projects.
• Follow Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Grounds Person, you will:

• Carryout grounds maintenanceto the highest standards, includingmowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and generalgardening
• Identifyand proactively resolve grounds issuesacrosspark and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
• Workwithin a teamto maintain the park’s appearanceand functionality, supporting development projects as needed
• FollowHealth & Safety policies and procedurestoensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners
