Responsibilities
- Lead planned maintenance inspections and review parts used.
- Recommend improvements aligned with projects and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor plant conditions and report defects; repair machinery.
- Generate and maintain SOPs and risk assessments.
- Report on plant performance and drive corrective actions.
- Support production and continuous improvement projects.

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products thats quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and over £9mill of investment going into the factory & growth into various export markets they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering team.
- Planned Maintenance inspections, review parts used
- Recommend improvements in line with projects and maintenance schedules, carry out safety checks on range of equipment
- Monitor plant conditions, report defects, repair of machinery
- Generate and maintain compliance to SOP's, risk assessments
- Report on plant performance using systems, ensure action on non-conformance issues
- Working on a range of valves & Pumps
- Supporting production & continuous improvement projects
- Formal Engineering Qualification - C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship trained
- Continuous improvement knowledge
- Strong knowledge of good engineering standards
- Experience in food, packaging, drink, manufacturing environments
- Salary:- £45,500 - £47,000
