- C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or Apprenticeship in engineering.
- Experience in food, packaging or beverage manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead planned maintenance inspections and review parts used.
- Recommend improvements aligned with projects and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor plant conditions and report defects; repair machinery.
- Generate and maintain SOPs and risk assessments.
- Report on plant performance and drive corrective actions.
- Support production and continuous improvement projects.
