Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) for a well-established Derbyshire manufacturer. You will be responsible for site maintenance, preventative and reactive tasks, plus project work, under the Engineering Manager.

The role offers a rotating shift pattern, 34 days holiday and strong training opportunities. The successful candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, appropriate qualifications, and ideally skills in welding, PLC, PAT Testing or

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance engineering experience with electrical bias.
• Engineering qualifications or apprentice-trained with relevant competencies.
• Experience with welding, PLCs and CMMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks across the site, preventative, reactive and project work.
• Log non-conformances, faults and errors.
• Work on rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00.

Responsibilities

• The core responsibilities of this role will be the maintenance of equipment and machinery across the site as well as reporting to the Engineering Manager about projects, problems and health and safety issues

The right candidate will have previous experience with hands on Maintenance Engineering, hold engineering qualifications.

The Role:

• Carry out maintenance tasks across the site, preventative, reactive and project work
• Logging non-conformances, faults and errors
• 06:00am - 14:00pm, 14:00pm - 22:00pm and 22:00pm - 06.00am rotating shifts
