Job summary

Job description

Maintenance Engineer

Location: Kidderminster

Salary: £44,327 per annum plus £1,000 attendance bonus.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Thursday AM: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM
  • Friday AM: 6:00 AM – 1:15 PM
  • Monday – Thursday PM: 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM
  • Friday PM: 1:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Holiday entitlement: 33 days per year.

Company Overview

We are a well‑established heavy‑industry manufacturer producing components for the automotive sector. Our site in Kidderminster operates presses up to 28,000 tonnes and die‑cast machines, with further machining performed at our sister site in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities

As an electrically‑biased maintenance engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the plant’s electrical equipment, including 3‑phase systems, sensors, and contactors, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.
