Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a fast-paced industrial factory in Maidstone, Kent. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, including planned, reactive and breakdown activities, on a Mon-Fri shift. A solid engineering qualification and fault-finding skills are required to ensure reliability and performance.

Salary: £46,500 (OTE £52,000+)

Shift: Mon-Fri (Earliest and Lates)

Mandatory Obligations

• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast‑paced industrial factory.
