Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting for a facilities management role operating across UK & Ireland with travel to local Scottish islands once a month. The role involves ensuring reactive works and planned maintenance meet SLAs, monitoring contractors, and supporting the site team to deliver services safely, on time and within budget.

You will work as part of a large-scale facilities team, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive efficiency.

• Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
• Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and workmanship.
• Support the site supervisor with implementation of an integrated approach for delivery of all contracted services, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

About The Role

Days of Working: Monday to Friday

This position would require travel to local Scotttish islands once a month.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
• Provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service.
• To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly
• To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
• Support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered, safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
