Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Keighley, West Yorkshire to keep production running through planned maintenance, breakdown responses and improvement projects.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills and an engineering qualification. You will work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Engineering qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical faults.
• Minimise downtime and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work safely at all times.

Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire - Salary: Up to £44,000 - Shift: 3 on 3 off Days & Nights.

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production by carrying out planned preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns and supporting continuous improvement projects across a variety of manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical faults.
• Minimise downtime and ensure production targets are achieved.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding skills.
• Engineering qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast paced production environment.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• PLC fault finding experience.
• A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
