Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a qualified Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy FMCG manufacturing site in Nottingham. The role involves hands-on maintenance, breakdown response and implementing preventative maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience, PLC knowledge, and a qualification in engineering. Excellent training and development opportunities are offered within a market-leading operation.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance including planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Experience with PLCs and fault-finding in fast-paced factory settings.

• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance programmes.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £54,000

Shift: 12 hour Days and Nights

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Qualified and hands on Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy FMCG manufacturing site.

The Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer will be involved in Maintenance, Responding to breakdowns, completing planned and preventative maintenance and supporting the continuous improvement plans across site machinery. The Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer will benefit by working for a market leading manufacturing company who offer excellent working conditions and training/development.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
