• Experience maintaining automated production machinery.
• PLC fault-finding experience advantageous.
• NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventive and reactive maintenance across a modern automated manufacturing facility.
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on high-speed production equipment.
• Fault finding across PLC-controlled machinery.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects to maximise production efficiency.
• Working closely with production to minimise downtime.
• 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off).
• 12-hour shifts within a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

The Role:

The Person:

• Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
• Manufacturing, FMCG, food, beverage, plastics, packaging or automated production background
• Experience maintaining automated production machinery
• PLC fault-finding experience advantageous
• NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification desirable
