Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician at Clifford Bridge, Coventry, to support mechanical and electrical building services projects across our sites. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) focuses on delivering high quality, compliant maintenance work and strong customer service.

You will contribute to design, estimation, site surveys, and managing small work packages, while building relationships with stakeholders and supporting trainees.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering discipline from a recognised college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Building Services, M&E projects, maintenance, or design-related roles.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems and relevant industry regulations.
• Experience preparing estimates, quotations, and managing project budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
