Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Coventry is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services projects. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, based at Clifford Bridge, Coventry.

You will produce estimates, carry out site surveys, manage small work packages, and work with stakeholders to ensure compliance and high quality. A building services or M&E engineering degree and at least two years’ experience are required; MS

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Building Services, M&E projects, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Able to prepare estimates and manage project budgets.

• Support design, specification, and delivery of M&E building services.
• Produce estimates, costings, and formal quotations.
• Carry out site surveys and provide technical recommendations.
• Lead small work packages to meet time, budget, and quality.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support trainees.
