Rise Technical Recruitment Limited seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturer in Coventry. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance on bespoke machinery, focusing on mechanical upkeep, fault finding, and basic fabrication. The role offers progression in a supportive team.

The position is site-based in Coventry with 39-hour weeks, and a salary between £38,000 and £40,000 plus a bonus scheme, annual salary review and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship trained or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• Mechanical maintenance experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, plus basic electrical fault finding.
• Able to read engineering drawings and carry out basic fabrication and welding.

Maintenance Engineer, Coventry (Commutable from: Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Hinckley, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull)

£38,000 - £40,000 + Bonus Scheme + Annual Salary Review + Training & Progression + Overtime

39 Hours, Mon-Fri days, 7am-4pm (3pm Fridays) OR 8am-5pm (4pm Friday)

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for long-term technical progression, working on interesting bespoke machinery? Do you have experience with mechanical maintenance, fault finding and basic fabrication. Earnings can be increased through performance bonus, cost of living salary review and some overtime.
