GH Engage Limited in City of London is seeking a Day Technician - Building Services to perform PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial assets.

The role covers HVAC fault-finding, pumps, AHUs, boilers, BMS and water systems, with CAFM updates and contractor supervision, plus training opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in building services maintenance, ideally in a commercial environment.
• Water treatment exposure would be useful, including TMVs and domestic water systems.
• Relevant mechanical, electrical or plumbing qualification.

Aufgaben

• PPM and reactive maintenance across building services assets.
• HVAC fault-finding and plant troubleshooting.
• Maintenance of pumps, motors, AHUs, and actuators.
• Boilers and heating systems upkeep.
• BMS/energy management system monitoring and tweaks.
• Domestic hot and cold water systems upkeep.
• TMVs, water heaters and drainage checks.
• Water treatment duties and cooling tower checks.
• Contractor supervision and site coordination.
• CAFM updates and accurate maintenance records.
• Support isolations and plant status management.

The Role

• Domestic hot and cold water systems
• TMVs, water heaters and drainage
• Water treatment and cooling tower checks
• Contractor supervision
• CAFM updates and accurate maintenance records
• Supporting isolations and plant status management

Water treatment experience would be particularly useful, including exposure to TMVs and domestic water systems.

The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have a relevant mechanical, electrical or plumbing/heating qualification and experience working within Building Services, ideally in a commercial or corporate environment.
