JobsTrackR in the Cambridgeshire area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will handle preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of automated production equipment, ensuring safety, compliance and peak performance.

You will work closely with production to minimise downtime, diagnose faults, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, with CMMS-based record-keeping and a focus on reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Qualification in Engineering – ideally electrical.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
• Understanding of PLC logic and automated systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

The Role

Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown repair, fault finding and continuous improvement activities across a wide range of automated production equipment.

Working closely with production teams, you will ensure equipment remains safe, compliant and operating at optimum performance levels.
