Job summary

Orion Electrotech Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Tamworth to join the engineering team. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, you will diagnose faults, improve equipment reliability, and maintain thorough CMMS documentation while collaborating with production teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification, ideally electrical.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

Shift Pattern: Double days, alternate weeks of 6am-1.30pm & 1.30pm-9pm

34 hour week

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

The Role - Maintenance Engineer

Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown repair, fault finding and continuous improvement activities across a wide range of production equipment.

Working closely with production teams, you will ensure equipment remains safe, compliant and operating at optimum performance levels.
