Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Brampton site near Huntingdon. This dayshift role focuses on mechanical or electrical maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

You will fault-find, perform planned preventive maintenance and support machine upgrades while working closely with production to drive performance and minimise downtime. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Hands-on with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Engineering qualification required.
• Strong mechanical or electrical skills.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Brampton, Huntingdon

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

Shift: Days

I'm working with a fast-paced, expanding manufacturer looking to recruit an Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team.In this role, you'll be responsible for either the mechanical or electrical maintenance, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance depending on your biased to keep production running efficiently. You'll also support ongoing improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and installations, working closely with production to drive performance and minimise downtime.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

• Experience with working with belts, bearings, pulleys, shafts, gearboxes, chains, pumps, hydraulics, electrical motors, drives, sensors, contactors.
