10 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Bradford to join a stable manufacturing site.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery, with a mechanical or electrical bias. The role offers rotating shifts, overtime paid at time and a half, and a strong earning potential within a secure, long-term position.

Qualifications

• Maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with production machinery and equipment.
• Hands-on, proactive approach; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
• Fault finding and repairing production machinery
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
• Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Participating in the on-call rota

Must Haves

• Maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Hours

• Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts
• 1 week: 06:00 – 14:30
• 1 week: 13:30 – 22:00
• 2 weeks: 08:00 – 16:30
• Overtime available at time and a half

The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on maintenance role within a well‑established manufacturing business.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery, helping to minimise downtime and keep the site running efficiently.

The business is open to engineers with either a mechanical or electrical bias, providing you have experience maintaining industrial machinery and are comfortable supporting a variety of maintenance activities across the site.
