Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a state-of-the-art, fully automated factory in Somerset. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency, with opportunities to advance technically or into management.

You will carry out fault-finding and preventative maintenance on automated production machinery in a fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday, DAYS ONLY, with a competitive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Responsibilities

Salary: £52,000 (OTE £60,000+)

Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

• Strong Electrical and Mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum)
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
