Job summary

Broadland Housing Association is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance Team in Norfolk and North Suffolk. The role covers planned and reactive electrical works across our properties, with a focus on delivering safe, compliant, and timely repairs.

You will work with our Electrical Team, undertake EICRs, bathroom aids and kitchen wiring changes, and support tenants while maintaining high professional standards. A Driving Licence and DBS check are required; on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds 5357 / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 and Part 2 or equivalent.
• 2382 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification.
• Driving licence and ability to travel Norfolk/North Suffolk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned electrical works including bathroom aids and kitchen wiring alterations.
• Support effective delivery of electrical repairs across responsive repairs, EICRs and void properties.
• Ensure work is completed timely against performance indicators.
• Manage tenant enquiries professionally and report to the manager.
