Qualifications

• Qualified electrotechnical with Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent
• Level 3 Award in BS 7671 18th edition (or equivalent)
• Level 3 Award in the Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for customer service and professional resident communication
• Confident IT skills with job management software and electronic certification
• Full, valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults with strong first-time-fix focus
• Communicate scope, timescales, and materials for additional works
• Carry out minor works across related trades as directed
• Plan and manage workload to meet target timescales
• Maintain van stock levels to complete jobs efficiently
• Inspect and test domestic properties per current regulations
