Job summary

Broadland Housing Association is seeking a qualified Electrician to join the Asset Team, covering Norfolk and North Suffolk. The role focuses on planned electrical works, with some reactive repairs and EICRs, reporting to the Electrical Planned Team and aligning with performance indicators.

The candidate should hold City and Guilds qualifications, valid driving licence, and be prepared for a DBS check and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Carry out planned electrical works including domestic rewires and upgrades.
• Support with repairs across responsive repairs, EICRs and void properties.
• Ensure timely work with prescribed performance indicators.
• Manage tenant enquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned electrical works across Norfolk and North Suffolk.
• Assist with electrical repairs and inspections as needed.
• Coordinate with the Electrical Planned Team to meet deadlines.
• Attend to on-call rota as required.
