Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Sheffield for an experienced Electrician to join their Maintenance team.

The role focuses on electrical maintenance, servicing and fault finding across the site, with a 37.5-hour week (6am-2pm or 10am-8pm) and a salary of £43,210 per annum, plus defined benefits including pension, life assurance and health cover.

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Experience with machinery and production equipment.
• Understand health & safety and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance, servicing and fault finding across the site.
• Maintain and repair electrical/electronic production equipment.
• Install electrical services for new and relocated machinery.
• Support machine modifications and refurbishments.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and PAT testing.
• Assist production teams and help minimise equipment downtime.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
