CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Site based Maintenance Electrician to join our client in Cramlington on a permanent basis. You will diagnose, repair and maintain electrical systems in a commercial facility, with core hours Mon-Fri and an on-call rota.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £43,000, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a generous pension, and opportunities for training, development and progression.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot faults and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Install, repair and maintain electrical components such as wiring, circuit breakers and lighting fixtures.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.

Site based Maintenance Electrician - Cramlington - Global Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG

CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our client on a permanent basis, who are a leading provider in facilities management solutions, delivering top-tier services across FMCG/commercial industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial settings, as they will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

This is a site based opportunity, located in Cramlington.

Package

• Competitive salary up to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
• Participation in 'out of hours' on call rota

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
• Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
