Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Site based Maintenance Electrician to join our client in Cramlington on a permanent basis. You will diagnose, repair and maintain electrical systems in a commercial facility, with core hours Mon-Fri and an on-call rota.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £43,000, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a generous pension, and opportunities for training, development and progression.

Qualifications

Electrical systems, wiring and circuitry knowledge.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults.
Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment life.
Troubleshoot faults and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
Install, repair and maintain electrical components such as wiring, circuit breakers and lighting fixtures.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
