The role focuses on maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across various facilities, with a clear progression path into automation technology as you advance.

You’ll work core hours Mon-Fri, 40 hours weekly, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a generous pension. Training and progression opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Level 3 City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
• Support the installation of new electrical equipment and systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Work alongside experienced electricians to troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations.

CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a Junior Maintenance Electrician to join our global facilities management client's team based in Wetherby.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow within a supportive environment. As part of the team, you will assist with the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across a range of facilities.

This role also offers a clear progression path into an Automation Technician position, providing the opportunity to develop specialist skills in automated systems, controls, and industrial technology as you advance within the business.

Package:

• Competitive salaryup to £31,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
