Job summary

Para Group in Derby (with frequent travel to Leicester and Wolverhampton) seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to manage upkeep, repair and general maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring peak efficiency and a safe working environment.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of building services, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and flexibility for after-hours emergencies. A full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS check are required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts or systems.

• Assist with setup to create a homely environment.
• Collaborate with other team members on larger maintenance projects.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Coordinator at Para Group, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of our facilities and equipment. You will
ensure that all systems are operating at peak efficiency, and you will assist with a variety of tasks to maintain a safe and functional working environment.

Key Responsibilities
