As Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact for incoming work orders, managing everything from initial logging through to completion. You’ll liaise directly with property managers and engineers to keep jobs moving, troubleshoot issues before dispatching engineers, and make sure every job is completed to the right standard and within agreed timescales.
