You will manage contract renewals, assist with service delivery, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with service, projects, sales and engineering teams to uphold outstanding customer support.

Pitkin & Ruddock is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Bury St Edmunds team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating our service and maintenance operations, supporting our engineers, and delivering exceptional customer service while helping to grow our maintenance portfolio.

This position may be suitable for a college / A-level leaver or trainee (NMW applicable).

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating maintenance schedules and engineer activities.
• Managing maintenance contract renewals and customer communications.
• Supporting service delivery and operational planning.
• Identifying opportunities to expand services with existing and new customers.
• Working closely with service, projects, sales and engineering teams to ensure the highest standards of customer support.
