Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator in Harrow, North West London, to join a well-known organisation. This is a varied office-based role coordinating maintenance works, supporting customers and engineers, and monitoring operational performance.

You will ensure excellent service delivery in a fast-paced environment, manage appointments, keep records up-to-date, and contribute to process improvements while delivering effective reporting.

  • Experience in scheduling, planning or service coordination.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate repairs, maintenance and servicing appointments.
  • Manage engineer diaries to maximise productivity and service delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, residents, engineers and suppliers.
  • Provide regular updates on appointments, job progress and completed works.
  • Handle customer enquiries and support complaint resolution processes.
  • Produce reports and monitor operational KPIs and service performance.
  • Support quotation, invoicing and purchase order administration.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems and databases.
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Harrow, North West London

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Sellick Partnership is supporting a well-known, well-loved organisation in North West London with the recruitment of an experienced Customer Services and Administrative candidate to join their teams

This is a varied office-based role where you will play a key part in coordinating maintenance works, supporting customers and engineers, monitoring operational performance and ensuring excellent service delivery across a fast-paced environment

Key duties of Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator role includes:
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs, maintenance and servicing appointments
  • Manage engineer diaries to maximise productivity and service delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, residents, engineers and suppliers
  • Provide regular updates on appointments, job progress and completed works
