Places for People is seeking an Assistant Technical Manager to support the technical delivery of residential development projects across the Midlands and North. This role is predominantly home-based with a Leeds office gathering each Thursday and occasional site visits to support project delivery.
You will coordinate designs, manage production drawings, support planning approvals, and build strong relationships with NHBC and Building Control to aid timely completions.

As an Assistant Technical Manager, you'll support senior members of the team in delivering the technical aspects of a varied portfolio of residential development projects across the Midlands and North region.
This is a predominantly home-based role, with the team coming together at our Leeds office every Thursday. There may also be occasional site visits as required to support project delivery.
