Job summary

Edwardian Manchester Hotel, a Radisson Collection property, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join the maintenance team. You will perform daily hotel maintenance tasks across the site to keep operations running smoothly and respond to guest requests and department needs.

You will prioritise repair and planned maintenance orders, check work before sign-off, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current hotel maintenance experience is required.
• Be fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
• Understand requirements for effective water management.
• Knowledge of Environmental EHO acknowledgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel on a daily basis to ensure its effective running.
• Coordinate and prioritise repair and planned maintenance orders.
• Check all work you have completed before signing it off as complete and compliant with safety standards.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to the Maintenance team atThe Edwardian Manchester Hotel as a Maintenance Assistant.
• In this role you will maintain the hotelon a daily basis to ensure its effective running. This will include performing all basic maintenance tasks as requested by guests in room or by other hotel heads of department.
• You will coordinate and prioritise repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders.
• You will check all work you have completed before signing it off as complete.

• You will ensure that you always adhere to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.

About You:

• You must possessive currenthotel maintenance experience.
• Be fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
• Understand the requirements for effective water management.

• Have knowledge of Environmental EHO acknowledgment.
• Able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks.
• Understands basic housekeeping processes and procedures.
• Works well with others and understands the value of teamwork.
