Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant for a state-of-the-art factory in Coalville. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on fully automated production machinery, perform fault-finding, and carry out planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

The role offers £38,000 base salary plus overtime, pension, and extensive training. Shifts are 4's and 5's days and nights.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
