Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment has a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role in Coleford, Gloucestershire. You will support the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the production site with hands-on fault finding and proactive maintenance.

The position requires an electrical bias and 5+ years in maintenance, including reading electrical drawings. Salary £40,000–£50,000 with a 6% annual bonus and pension, plus opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Electrically biased multi-skilled engineer.
• Experience in electrical fault finding and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience maintaining industrial equipment, production machinery, or automated systems.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and equipment installations.
• 18th edition

Responsibilities

• Hands-on fault-finding and repair; diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Lead proactive and reactive maintenance programs; plan, schedule, and execute maintenance.
• Own assets register and contracts; maintain accurate records for all assets.
• Out of hours support; act as first point of contact for escalation.
• Support operational compliance programs; assist with regulatory and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
