Haulfryn’s Finlake Holiday Park is seeking a hands-on Maintenance and Grounds Person to keep outdoor spaces well presented and safe. You’ll perform grounds maintenance, basic repairs, and assist with park facilities, while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have practical maintenance experience, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive attitude to teamwork and guest satisfaction. This is a site-based role at Finlake with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance including mowing, hedge cutting and general landscaping.
• Practical approach to property maintenance with basic repair skills.
• Valid full UK driving licence and awareness of Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grounds maintenance to high standards: mowing, trimming, hedging, weed spraying, gritting and general gardening.
• Perform property maintenance tasks including basic repairs, plumbing, painting and decorating.
• Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring cleaning, refilling and chemical checks.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues across lodges and communal areas to uphold presentation standards.
• Work within a team to maintain park appearance and support development projects as needed.
• Follow Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests and owners.

Are you a hands-on, proactive individual with a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? At Haulfryn, we're looking for a Maintenance and Grounds Person to help keep Finlake Holiday Park in top condition - ensuring our guests and owners enjoy a well‑maintained, safe, and welcoming environment., As a Maintenance and Grounds Person, you will:

• Carry out grounds maintenance to the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening
• Complete property maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, and decorating to keep the park and its facilities in excellent condition
• Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are cleaned, refilled, and chemicals are checked daily
• Identify and proactively resolve maintenance issues across lodges and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
• Work within a team to maintain the park's appearance and functionality, supporting development projects as needed
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners

We're seeking an enthusiastic, hands‑on team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping
• A practical approach to property maintenance, with skills in basic repairs and upkeep
• A valid full UK driving licence
• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to working safely
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude
• Experience with grounds maintenance equipment is beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but training will be provided if needed)
