Job summary

Haulfryn is seeking a hands-on Maintenance and Grounds Person to keep Finlake Holiday Park in top condition. You’ll perform outdoor grounds work and interior maintenance with a strong focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Role requires practical repair skills, a full UK driving licence, and a commitment to high presentation standards. You’ll join a supportive team at a leading UK holiday park operator offering a great working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance: mowing, hedge cutting, general landscaping.
• Experience with property maintenance tasks and basic repairs.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grounds maintenance to high standards (mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting).
• Complete property maintenance tasks including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, decorating.
• Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring cleanliness and safe chemical levels.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues across lodges and communal areas.
• Work in a team to maintain appearance and support development projects as needed.
• Follow Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Maintenance and Grounds Person to help keep Finlake Holiday Park in top condition - ensuring our guests and owners enjoy a,

• Carry out grounds maintenance to the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening
• Complete property maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, and decorating to keep the park and its facilities in excellent condition
• Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are cleaned, refilled, and chemicals are checked daily
• Identify and proactively resolve maintenance issues across lodges and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
• Work within a team to maintain the park's appearance and functionality, supporting development projects as needed
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners

We're seeking an enthusiastic, hands‑on team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping
• A practical approach to property maintenance, with skills in basic repairs and upkeep
• A valid full UK driving licence
• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to working safely
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude
