Overview

MACHINE SHOP MANAGER

We are recruiting for a Machine Shop Manager to work for our client who are located in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

A typical day will be split between supervision of a small team of CNC Machinists and working in the office. Quoting, planning, organising material, routing sheets.

Responsibilities

• In your supervisory role, you will be responsible for making sure that all the correct job cards are being worked and making sure that everything is running smoothly.
• Knowledge and proven experience in CNC and Manual Machines.
• Achieve production timings in a timely manner.
• Manage and supervise the shop floor in the machine shop.
• Producing quotes, routing sheets, organising materials, tips and tools.

Essential experiences & skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background
• Excellent communication skills

Hours

Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm / Friday 7am-11am

Pay

You will earn an annual salary of £40,500 - £50k per annum
