Shift: 11 p - 7 a

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.50

Job Description

Must have a high level of knowledge of equipment/processes from start to finish and be willing to learn where development is needed or when new processes are launched.
Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals in the most efficient way possible.
Act as the first point of contact when problems arise, and escalate issues to the Production Supervisor if unresolved.
Ensure operators perform tasks in accordance with SOPs.
Lead, and be capable of, applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs.
Stress safety at all times.
Ensure work areas are clean and well-organized.
Train operators where needed.
