Position Overview: CNC Machine Operators are responsible for operating and troubleshooting CNC machines, including lathes, mills, grinders, and manual tools, to produce high-quality parts for the Aerospace and Automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers effectively.
2. Follow written procedures and work routers.
3. Dismantle jigs, tools, and fixtures as needed.
4. Create tooling when necessary.
5. Monitor specifications to ensure quality and detect non-conformances.
6. Handle raw materials and waste safely and responsibly.
7. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $19.00 to $22.00/hour, with potential bonuses up to 10%, totaling $43,400 to $50,300 annually. Additional incentives include shift differentials, overtime pay, and a comprehensive benefits package covering health, retirement, and other perks.
