Job Opportunity: Machine Operator

Are you looking for an IMMEDIATE START role with the potential for long-term employment?

We are currently seeking Machine Operators for a well-established local factory.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Machine Operator, your duties will include assisting in the operation of production and blending processes, packing and labeling products, meeting quality standards, maintaining cleanliness, and other relevant production tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience operating machinery within a food factory is preferred. Full in-house training will be provided. Please note, this role involves working in a factory environment with some lifting involved.

Employment Details:

This is an immediate start, temporary ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent for suitable candidates.

Shift Pattern:

Days and nights shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, and 7 PM to 7 AM, on a 4 on-4 off or 5 on-5 off schedule over a 7-day week (Monday to Sunday).

Pay Rate:

The starting pay is £13.80 per hour (including a 20% shift allowance), increasing to £16.10 after 12 weeks (working rotating shifts, including a 40% shift allowance).
