Job description

Production Operative – Dursley

Location: Dursley

Hours: Double Days Shifts

Early shift: 6.00am – 2.00pm (1.00pm finish on Fridays)

Late shift: 2.00pm – 10.00pm (8.00pm finish on Fridays)

Salary: £15.27 per hour – Temp to Perm

First Base Employment is seeking a Production Operative to join their client’s production department near Dursley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Working on a rotating double-shift schedule and reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in various processes, assist with machine maintenance and operation, and contribute to team initiatives within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate machinery and ensure proper maintenance.
2. Assist with production processes while adhering to quality standards.
3. Contribute to team initiatives and improvement projects.
4. Report defects or issues promptly to supervisors.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
