Trainee CNC Machine Operator – Full Training & Career Progression

Infinity Employment is recruiting for a Trainee CNC Machine Operator to join a well-established and successful precision manufacturing company based in Portsmouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is technically minded, enthusiastic and looking to develop a long-term career within engineering and manufacturing.

No previous CNC experience is necessary!

Our client is looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing new technical skills.

You will initially be trained in basic machine operating, with the opportunity to progress into CNC machine setting and programming, developing valuable engineering skills along the way.

This is not simply a machine operating position. It is an opportunity to learn a skilled trade, develop professionally and grow within a supportive manufacturing business.

The Role:

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
• 39 paid hours per week
• Early finish every Friday!
• Overtime at the weekend

Salary & Benefits

• Starting pay of £14.50 per hour
• Starting basic salary of £29,406 per annum
• Pay increases as your technical skills develop.
