Job summary

Infinity Employment is recruiting an experienced CNC Miller – Programmer, Setter & Operator for a Havant-based precision engineering and manufacturing company. This is a permanent, full-time role offering long-term career progression.

You will program, set and operate Hurco VM2/60 milling machines, read engineering drawings, perform dimensional inspections and work closely with design engineers to ensure top-quality components meet tight tolerances. Overtime paid at 1.5x.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' CNC milling experience.
• Experience in manual milling.

Location: Havant, Hampshire

Salary: £20.50 per hour, dependent on experience

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Overtime: Paid at time and a half (1.5x)

The Role:

As an experienced CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality precision components.

Working primarily with Hurco VM2 and Hurco 60 machines, you will play an important role in maintaining high manufacturing standards and supporting the continued development of the engineering department.

Essential Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated CNC Miller who takes pride in producing high-quality engineering work.

• Minimum 5 years' CNC milling experience.

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience working with Hurco CNC machines.
• Experience in manual or CNC turning.
• Forklift truck licence.
